Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Recruiting Coordinator to administer various tasks across our recruiting lifecycle.  The Recruiting Coordinator will develop a deep understanding of the Topgrading methodology and Eagle Hill’s end-to-end recruiting process.  He or she will work directly with individual recruiters, as well as interface with other Talent Management functions. 

The responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling candidate interviews and preparing associated documentation
  • Conducting candidate reference checks
  • Managing candidate documentation
  • Maintaining recruiting process documents and other team documentation
  • Supporting semi-monthly on-boarding for new employees
  • Assisting with meeting preparation and action items
  • Maintaining, tracking, and analyzing recruiting metrics
  • Supporting periodic training of new Topgrading interviewers
  • Other activities and initiatives at the direction of the Recruiting Manager (e.g., resume review, recruiting analyses, etc.)

The hired candidate will join Eagle Hill at the Associate level and may have the opportunity to transition to a client-facing consulting role at Eagle Hill in the future.  Associates are given ownership of specific tasks, as well as, responsibility for supporting the broader problem-solving effort. Associates contribute to findings, team discussions, and solutions to help deliver impact for the team. Associates are also encouraged to play an active role in other internal Eagle Hill initiatives.

Job Requirements

The Recruiting Coordinator position is located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.  Applicants must be willing and able to work at our Crystal City office.  Eagle Hill does not cover the cost of relocation.
