WHAT YOU'LL DO


People reporting: create and update monthly and quarterly reporting on a variety of people metrics, including affiliation, retention, and DEI statistics to be shared with global and regional stakeholders

Analyze People Data: contribute to the global People agenda by analyzing affiliation, DEI and alumni data, identifying trends and gaps, and maintaining data sets

Ad hoc support: Provide versatile support in various administrative tasks, adapting to evolving demands and priorities.


YOU'RE GOOD AT


  • Self-starting with a strong work ethic, service mentality and ability to work in a multinational team

  • Operating effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks towards deadlines

  • Well-structured analytical thinking and attention to detail


YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)


  • Education: Bachelor's degree

  • Work experience: Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a business setting

  • Previous internship or work experience in a larger consultancy, other professional service firm or Industrial Goods company is a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including fluent English language skills

  • Experience working in virtual and intercultural teams is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel

Join BCG's Industrial Goods Practice as ‘a People Data & Reporting Assistant’ where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our global People agenda. The role provides the chance to gain foundational hands-on experience in business intelligence, and internal operations management for a leading global management consultancy and close collaboration with global and regional teams, building a professional network within BCG.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION


BCG's Industrial Goods Practice (IG) is divided into three sectors: Automotive & Mobility (A&M), Greentech & Engineered Products (G&EP), and Materials & Process Industries (MPI). The Practice includes the consulting team that works with our clients, the Knowledge Team and the Practice Area team that manages the Practice. It includes Sector Managers, Regional Managers, Practice Area Coordinators and Marketers. The Practice Area team is, in short, the backbone of the Industrial Goods Practice.
