BCG X EMESA Finance Senior Analyst

WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are seeking exceptional candidates to fill a Senior Finance Analyst position in BCG X to support our fast growing global business model. In this role you work as part of the regional BCG X EMESA Finance team and will directly support selected BCG X leaders in the region to manage our business in selected markets.

Main responsibilities include:

• Point-of-contact for BCG X leaders and other stakeholders in selected markets, providing advice in all financial matters and being the liaison between stakeholders and broader BCG X Finance team in the region and globally.
• Financial analysis and reporting of the business results, having an up-to-date view on business performance and outlook vs financial plan
• Pipeline management support for BCG X leaders, facilitation of pipeline monitoring and related reporting, validation of wins and impact on the business outlook
• Contribution to the annual financial planning for the selected markets as part of the regional BCG X EMESA Finance team
• Management of risk exposure across our project portfolio in close collaboration with BCG and BCG X Finance teams

YOU'RE GOOD AT

• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• High level of self-motivation, resourcefulness, ability to take initiative and find creative and effective ways to accomplish tasks
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively cross functions

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Degree in Finance, Economics or Business
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced business
• Proficiency in using core financial tools (e.g. advanced Excel, SAP Business Objects, Alteryx, Tableau) and PowerPoint
• Experience in professional services environment is a plus
