As a Senior IT Architect you will work alongside a bold, energetic and collaborative team. You will evaluate and coach our clients' technology teams, define technology strategies, architecture solutions and help us design the future. You will develop and grow by being exposed to new and complex challenges daily. Together with our clients, you will develop superior digital and technology concepts and architecture solutions as well as support technical implementations actively and on site, applying your sound technical know-how, your understanding of business contexts, and your analytical and conceptual skills.

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)



  • Minimum of 6-8 years in data strategy, technical project management, or technology consulting with a proven track record in leading IT implementation projects.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish (Mandatory)

Technical Skills: 

  • Proficient in designing robust data architectures, including data platforms and pipelines, with a strong focus on ETL processes using cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud).
  • Extensive hands-on experience in implementing data solutions using a variety of platforms such as Apache Hadoop ecosystem (including Kafka, Storm, and Spark), Elastic Search, and other related technologies.
  • Expertise in both relational (SQL) and non-relational databases (such as Cassandra, MongoDB, DynamoDB), with a solid understanding of Massively Parallel Processing (MPP) and non-MPP data storage systems.

Data Systems Expertise: 

  • Strong background in data integration platforms, orchestrating complex data workflows and transformations using tools such as DataStage, Informatics, and Data Factory.
  • General knowledge of data storage, query, processing and exposition technologies and trade-offs
  • Experience in the design and implementation of Data & Analytics (D&A) operation scaling process framework (DataOps and MLOps), in order to ensure the productivity, reliability and security of a Data platform.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing forward-thinking Data Mesh architecture models that align with business goals and support scalability.

Desirable Expertise:

  • Familiarity with regulations and compliance standards relevant to data security and privacy (such as GDPR, CCPA).
  • Proficient in implementing data governance and stewardship frameworks to enhance data quality and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards, such as GDPR and CCPA. Skilled in deploying Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies to safeguard critical information

Interpersonal & Leadership Skills:

  • A strong analytical mindset for evaluating complex IT application landscapes and optimizing development processes.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical leadership.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data architecture to guide strategic decisions and innovations.

Industry Experience:

·       Strong experience in either the banking or energy sector, demonstrating a proven track record in major projects and innovations within one of these industries.
