BCG X Global Management accountant/ finance analyst

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Establish foundational knowledge of ILCS and other cost allocation mechanisms to trace and verify chargebacks in systems independently
• Conduct regular monthly review of shared cost vs bundles per plan to highlight driver deltas
• Become versed in weekly reporting workflows to provide production coverage and support when needed
• Perform additional reporting and analysis as needed to support the business, outside of primary cost analytics focus
• Support global initiatives and programs with material preparation and change management support where needed
• Other duties to be assigned as needed

• Ensure value from cost through regular monitoring of cost allocations and verification internal tools are functioning as intended
• Bolster collective understanding of BCG cost sharing dynamics to help champion BCG X cost approach
• Provide leverage to internal X BI&A function with support on production, validation and analysis
• Enable additional support for regions and WW finance community through extended time zone coverage for global team

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Basic finance and accounting knowledge
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Excel
• Alteryx experience is a plus but not required
