The Opportunity
As a Financial Markets & Real Estate - Transactions Director, you will specialize in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy. Your role involves analyzing client needs, developing tailored financial solutions, and offering guidance to help clients optimize their financial performance and achieve their goals. Within our Assurance practice, you will possess a broad understanding of various aspects of finance consulting, providing comprehensive support to clients in improving decision-making and achieving their financial objectives.
As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success. You will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging collective strength to maximize client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Leading strategic financial consulting engagements to optimize client financial performance and decision-making
- Developing tailored financial solutions and recommendations based on comprehensive analysis of client needs
- Overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations to drive business growth
- Mentoring and cultivating the next generation of leaders within the finance consulting domain
- Promoting technological advances and innovative practices to enhance financial strategy and management
- Identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm
- Adhering to professional and technical standards, including compliance with accounting regulations and financial reporting requirements
- Collaborating across the PwC Network to leverage collective strengths and maximize client satisfaction
- Utilizing financial modeling and economic forecasting to support strategic decision-making and portfolio optimization
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide insightful guidance and support to clients
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance
- Demonstrating strategic leadership in financial markets and real estate transactions

The salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $348,500. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
