The Opportunity
As a Provider Clinical Operations Consultant, Senior Manager, you will engage with clients in the health services sector to drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver impactful solutions that enhance client operations and performance. This role involves working closely with clients to identify opportunities for process optimization and implementing innovative strategies to achieve their goals.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects, applying your sound judgment and strategic advising skills to navigate complex challenges. You will motivate and coach teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages problem-solving and innovation. Your role will involve interacting with clients at a senior level, providing insights and guidance to drive project success and contribute to the firm's business strategies.

Responsibilities
- Leading large-scale operations consulting projects within the health services sector
- Developing and implementing strategic operations processes to enhance client service delivery
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business data analytics to drive operational improvements
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine operational strategies
- Coaching and mentoring teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Conducting market research to inform business transformation initiatives and optimize service delivery models
- Applying change management techniques to support clients in navigating operational transitions
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their operational needs and challenges
- Facilitating workshops and strategic questioning sessions to identify opportunities for process optimization
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative operations strategies
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
