The Opportunity
As a Concierge Services Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team providing efficient and effective administrative support to enable smooth operations within our organization. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. Within our Business Services practice, you will be instrumental in maintaining seamless communication and operations, supporting senior executives with high-level administrative tasks.
As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths, managing performance to meet expectations. With your growing knowledge of business operations, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Embracing technology and innovation will be key to enhancing your delivery and encouraging others to do the same.
In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Your ability to address conflicts and engage in difficult conversations will be crucial in maintaining a collaborative and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating Concierge Services Team to support smooth operations and communication within the organization
- Overseeing the scheduling and coordination of meetings and events for senior executives
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Leading and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Utilizing administrative support tools and office productivity applications to optimize efficiency
- Implementing business process improvements to enhance service delivery
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication
- Analyzing and identifying opportunities for process optimization and service excellence
- Embracing technology and innovation to improve service delivery and team collaboration
- Addressing conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with the firm's code of conduct
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience in administrative roles and/or PwC experience

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
