The Team
The People Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery of efficient, accurate, and compliant People Operations processes across North America. This temporary assignment will provide additional support to the team during a high=volume period and key operational initiatives. The role executes transactions throughout the employee lifecycle, partners with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience, and maintains the integrity of employee data within Workday. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, and a customer-focused approach to delivering high-quality HR operational support.
This is a temporary, full-time opportunity supporting the North America People Operations team on a 5-month assignment, with the potential for extension based on business needs. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full employee lifecycle, partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and other functional teams, and contribute to process improvements within a global HR Operations function. It is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to make an immediate impact by supporting critical People Operations processes and initiatives.
How you will contribute
· Support the full employee lifecycle for North America by processing employee transactions from hire through termination in a timely and accurate manner.
· Process employee data changes including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, organizational updates, leaves, terminations, and personal information updates within Workday.
· Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a seamless employee experience while meeting established service levels and compliance requirements.
· Review HR transactions for accuracy and completeness, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
· Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and other cross-functional teams to resolve employee transaction requests and operational inquiries.
· Maintain employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with record retention requirements.
· Monitor shared team queues and respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries, providing timely, professional customer service.
· Assist with audits, reporting, and data validation activities to ensure the accuracy of HR records and support compliance initiatives.
· Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the enhancement of People Operations processes, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
· Participate in testing, implementation, and continuous improvement efforts related to Workday enhancements and People Operations initiatives.
· Support special projects and other operational activities as assigned.
Qualifications
· Ability to commit to a 5-month temporary assignment, with flexibility for a possible extension based on business needs.
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or People Operations supporting employee lifecycle transactions.
· Experience processing HR transactions within an HRIS; Workday experience is strongly preferred.
· Working knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, employee data management, and offboarding.
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information appropriately.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Compensation Statement
The hourly rate is $29-$33 per hour.
