About Alvarez & Marsal

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a global consulting firm with entrepreneurial, action and results-oriented professionals. We take a hands-on approach to solving our clients' problems and assisting them in reaching their potential. Our culture celebrates independent thinkers and doers who positively impact our clients and shape our industry. The collaborative environment and engaging work—guided by A&M's core values of Integrity, Quality, Objectivity, Fun, Personal Reward, and Inclusive Diversity—are why our people love working at A&M.

The Team

The Global AI & Knowledge Organization (GAIKO) is A&M's central engine for AI strategy, enablement, and knowledge infrastructure. Led by the Chief AI & Knowledge Officer, the team bridges firm strategy and frontline delivery, responsible for how A&M adopts, governs, and scales AI across its practices and geographies.

The team's mandate spans the full lifecycle of AI at A&M: from rolling out enterprise tools like Claude to thousands of practitioners across the US, Australia, and Europe, to building the platforms and governance frameworks that ensure AI work is reusable, compliant, and compounding in value over time.

How you will contribute

The GAIKO team is building A&M's enterprise AI capability: governing the tools, connectors, and workflows that consulting teams rely on to deliver client work. The Product Analyst will be the operational backbone of AI tools delivery at A&M, keeping the platform running smoothly, features verified, and users well-supported. Working closely with the Product Manager and business unit leads, this role ensures the day-to-day quality and reliability of AI tools from initial rollout through firm-wide scale.

AI tools only create value if practitioners can access them, trust them, and use them effectively. That means managing rollouts carefully across business units, enabling consulting teams with the context they need to adopt new capabilities, and maintaining rigorous standards for which connectors and integrations are authorized for use. By ensuring that the right tools reach the right teams in a compliant, consistent way, the Product Analyst raises A&M's baseline AI capability across the firm and reduces the risk of ungoverned or inconsistent adoption in the field. This is the person who makes that promise real every day.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically strong professional who wants to build expertise at the intersection of AI enablement, knowledge operations, and product support in a leading global consulting firm.

  • Support the Product Manager in developing and maintaining the AI tools roadmap, tracking feature delivery milestones and translating priorities into actionable plans
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics across AI tools, surfacing adoption trends, usage patterns, and issues to inform decision-making
  • Serve as the first line of support for business units on enablement requests, coordinating onboarding, training, and adoption guidance for consulting teams
  • Lead day-to-day planning and coordination of feature and connector evaluations, security reviews, and deployment sequencing to ensure each step meets firm governance and compliance standards before rollout
  • Coordinate with support, training, and communications teams on technical issue resolution and deployment execution, ensuring consistent messaging and a smooth experience for end users across the firm
  • Work closely with the Product Manager, AI CoE team, and business unit leads to align delivery priorities with practice-area needs and firm-wide enablement goals
  • Maintain clear documentation of tool configurations, authorized connectors, evaluation outcomes, and rollout status to support auditability and institutional knowledge
