The Team:
Established in 2005, the A&M Global Transaction Advisory Group (“TAG”) is comprised of former Big Four CPAs who provide private equity, sovereign wealth, family office and corporate clients buy side and sell side financial accounting due diligence. TAG professionals actively engage in assessing a target’s quality of earnings, analyzing cash flows, reviewing working capital, identifying key business drivers, reviewing forecasts, and conducting comprehensive discussions with management and their advisors. TAG professionals routinely team with the firm’s operational, tax, commercial, information technology and other industry and functional experts to deliver a truly integrated solution to clients engaging in carve-out, divestiture, merger integration and/or capital market transactions.
A&M TAG is looking to hire an Executive Assistant in Toronto that will support the practice professionals. This position requires a hybrid schedule of 3-4 days in-office per week.
How you will contribute
Plan and manage travel arrangements, process expense reports and submit time sheets for multiple leaders
Manage multiple Outlook calendars for leaders with tight schedules. Negotiate time on calendars and reschedule appointments as scheduling conflicts occur
Greet and escort visitors to meetings; arrange for visitor access to the building through security.
Process incoming and outgoing domestic and international mail and packages, including same-day courier service
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
Responsible for conference room management, meeting and event planning
Data entry and formatting assistance with weekly staff schedule
Print & bind internal presentations & documents
Work with offsite IT support on behalf of executives
Cooperate with other internal staff in TAG to ensure adequate coverage during vacations
Will be responsible for additional duties as necessary
Qualifications
2+ years of Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant experience
Ability to handle tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
Ability to work independently with low supervision
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively interact with senior leadership
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent computer and calendaring skills to include a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Organized and detail orientated with excellent follow through
Strong problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of Concur and Salesforce a plus
Impeccable attention to detail

The salary range is $80,000 - $90,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
