The Opportunity

As an Engagement Lead for the Agentic PDLC Platform, you will drive the delivery of innovative technology solutions within our Software and Product Innovation group. You will lead client-facing projects, leveraging your skills in technology delivery to create impactful results. Within our Custom Application Development & Testing practice, you will guide multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored solutions that meet client needs and enhance their business operations.

As a Senior Manager, you will apply your strategic vision and sound judgment to lead large projects and innovate processes. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, providing insights and solutions that drive project success. Your role will involve motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will be expected to navigate through complexity, making informed decisions and taking action to resolve issues that hinder team effectiveness.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network to deliver quality results, while contributing to the success of our firm by developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

Responsibilities

- Leading the delivery of technology solutions by managing project timelines and resources effectively
- Overseeing the development and implementation of software projects, confirming alignment with client requirements
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and enhance service delivery
- Developing and maintaining project plans using project management software to track progress and mitigate risks
- Facilitating design workshops to gather user requirements and translate them into actionable user stories
- Managing client relationships by providing strategic advice and addressing project-related inquiries
- Implementing process improvements to optimize software development and delivery processes
- Guiding teams in the integration and deployment of technology solutions, confirming seamless operation
- Conducting market research to inform product roadmap and identify opportunities for product enhancement
- Validating quality assurance processes to maintain software integrity and performance standards

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
