The Opportunity

As a Partner Tax Preparation Advisor Senior Associate, you will provide personalized tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and privately-owned businesses. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on delivering strategic advice and guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex tax regulations and optimize their tax positions. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate increasingly complex situations. You will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills while anticipating the needs of your teams and clients to deliver quality outcomes.

In this role at PwC, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall strategy. Responsibilities

- Providing personalized tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and privately-owned businesses
- Navigating complex tax regulations to optimize client tax positions and strategies
- Preparing and reviewing tax documents, including tax returns and trust and estate documents
- Conducting financial statement analysis to inform tax planning and compliance decisions
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify tax opportunities and risks
- Drafting and maintaining accurate tax documentation and reports
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with PwC's tax guidance and code of conduct
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex tax concepts and provide clear recommendations
- Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their tax needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive tax services and solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance
- At least 2 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

- Understanding individual tax compliance and planning for executives

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
