The Opportunity
As a SAP Program Manager - Senior Associate, you will oversee and manage large-scale SAP implementation projects, collaborating closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Within our Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP practice, you will coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders to deliver successful SAP solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and navigate complex situations to deliver quality work. You will leverage your skills to mentor others and deepen your understanding of the business context, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas.
In this role at PwC, you will focus on optimizing operational efficiency by analyzing client needs and implementing software solutions. You will provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow and enhance your personal brand.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing large-scale SAP implementation projects to align with strategic objectives
- Collaborating with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project goals and develop comprehensive plans
- Allocating resources effectively and monitoring project progress to mitigate risks and validate timely delivery
- Coordinating multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to facilitate successful SAP solution delivery
- Utilizing analytical thinking and program management skills to optimize operational efficiency
- Implementing continuous process improvement strategies to enhance project outcomes
- Engaging in cross-functional team coordination to support seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Developing and maintaining stakeholder communications to align project expectations and deliverables
- Applying agile methodology and project management software to track and report project status
- Supporting program capacity building and program review to drive benefits realization and goal alignment
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Organizational Management/Behavior
- Navigating complex SAP program management scenarios
- Utilizing Agile methodology for efficient project delivery
- Developing business case strategies for SAP implementations
- Managing cross-functional team coordination in SAP projects
- Excelling in stakeholder engagement and communication

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
