The Opportunity

As an International Tax Services - Senior Manager, you will provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on structuring their global tax positions. Your work will involve analyzing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimize tax efficiency and minimize risks for multinational businesses. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams that contribute to the success of our firm.

Within our Tax practice, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy, helping businesses navigate complex tax regulations. In this role, you will craft and convey impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify opportunities, and validate outcomes with clients. You will direct teams through challenging situations, deepen your skills, and initiate open coaching conversations. Your commitment to excellence and ability to make difficult decisions will drive team effectiveness and uphold professional standards, contributing to the overall success of our firm.

Responsibilities

- Leading international tax advisory projects and guiding clients in structuring their global tax positions
- Analyzing complex international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimize tax efficiency and minimize risks for multinational businesses
- Collaborating with clients to validate outcomes, share alternative perspectives, and act on feedback to enhance service delivery
- Directing teams through complex tax scenarios, demonstrating composure in ambiguous and challenging situations
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within tax planning and compliance
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
- Making informed decisions and taking action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards, including adherence to PwC tax and audit guidance and independence requirements
- Engaging in continuous learning to deepen and evolve skills in international taxation and related areas

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
