Commercial Real Estate/Leasing Transactional Associate
Robinson+Cole, a Vault “Top Ranked” Am Law 200 firm, seeks an associate with five to seven years of experience to join the Real Estate + Development practice group based in our Stamford, Hartford, or New York offices.
Robinson+Cole’s Real Estate + Development practice group regularly represents buyers, sellers, lenders, owners, landlords, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions across all classes of real estate assets.
Qualified candidates must have experience representing clients in commercial real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate, and financing transactions. In addition to the ability to review and analyze complex real estate agreements, candidates should work well as part of a team and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. The role will involve drafting and negotiating leases, lease amendments, assignments, subleases, letters of intent, and related leasing documents for landlords and tenants.
Please note that all R+C attorneys must be admitted in the state of their primary office location. Admission to the Connecticut bar is preferred for this position. Top academic and transactional credentials, excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills are required.
New York Applicants: The target base salary range for this position is $210,000 to $227,500. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's prior experience, class year, skills, and qualifications.
