The Opportunity

As a Managed Services Revenue Cycle Director, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients to optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. Within our Finance practice, you will focus on managing financial processes, confirming compliance with regulations, and handling tasks such as financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will be instrumental in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities

- Leading strategic financial initiatives to optimize client financial performance and decision-making
- Managing financial processes to confirm compliance with regulations and standards
- Overseeing financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management activities
- Developing and implementing innovative financial reporting and budgeting solutions
- Guiding teams in the execution of financial operations and client engagements
- Cultivating relationships with clients to drive business growth and satisfaction
- Mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders within the finance team
- Promoting technological advancements to enhance financial processes and outcomes
- Identifying market opportunities and converting them into successful engagements for the firm
- Balancing long-term strategic planning with short-term financial objectives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating proficiency in financial forecasting and analysis
- Utilizing strategic mindset to drive business growth
- Excelling in developing innovative solutions and structures
- Leading with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building
- Promoting technological advances in finance operations

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
