The Opportunity

As a Managed Services Revenue Cycle Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial advice and strategic guidance to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. You will be responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, confirming compliance with regulations and managing financial processes. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be accountable for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully.

In this role within our Finance practice, you will focus on managing financial operations, including financial reporting and risk management. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and stakeholders, while upholding professional and technical standards. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same, contributing to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

- Leading financial analysis and strategic guidance to optimize client financial performance
- Managing financial processes and confirming compliance with regulations
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and risk management activities
- Guiding teams in the development and execution of financial reporting and analysis
- Utilizing analytical thinking to monitor and analyze financial trends
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to address financial challenges
- Developing and implementing financial policies and internal controls
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to improve financial operations
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating proficiency in financial forecasting and budgeting management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance financial statement analysis
- Excelling in coaching and feedback to develop team strengths
- Embracing change and innovation in revenue cycle management
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends for strategic decision-making
- Developing skills in escalation management and conflict resolution

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
