Job Description:
Serve as a senior leader with the Automotive and Industrials practice responsible for helping drive business growth, managing high-stakes client engagements, and providing strategic advisory services. Lead and manage teams of A&M professionals on a wide variety of complex client engagements in areas of end-to-end supply chain, operational strategy, integrated business planning, sales and operations planning and execution, logistics, lean operations, digital supply chain, and advanced analytics. Build client relationships, manage profitability, and act as trusted advisors to C-suite executives. Actively identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities, leveraging industry networks. Lead complex projects while ensuring high quality delivery. Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, acting as key advisor in critical situations. Mentor, lead and develop teams of professionals, fostering a performance driven culture. Manage engagement economics, including budgeting, billing, profitability, and risk management. Domestic or international travel required up to approx. 75% of time. Supervise the work of Management Analysts.
Minimum Requirements:
Master of Business Administration Degree and minimum 5 years of manager level management consulting experience with a Big 4 or Top-Tier consulting firm. Must have experience with the following: leading complex performance improvement projects including overseeing junior team members, structuring work plans and managing processes to completion; working with clients to architect end to end performance transformation blueprints spanning operational process, technology, human capital and financials leaders; running complex multi-year transformation programs with EBITDA impact; building and driving the case for change on work streams and projects; specialized performance benchmarks and sector specific KPIs; independently structuring problem-solving approaches; preparing client ready documents and developing presentations; structured project management including time, team and work-stream management; building and managing client relationships to understand culture, political environment, stakeholder agendas; providing strategic services in C-suite advisory including acting as primary advisor to C-suites and boards and providing strategic counsel in high-pressure situations; and business process redesign.
