The Team
A&M’s Tax Financial Services team specializes in providing tax support to global banks, private equity firms, and hedge funds. Our professionals have significant experience in complex financial instruments, business transactions, specializing in structuring global business operations and navigating regulatory and tax requirements across jurisdictions. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional value to our clients by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored tax solutions. How you will contribute
As a member of the Tax Financial Services team, you will:
- Work on Asset Management, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate and FinTech clients
- Assist with the tax compliance process for quarterly estimated extensions payments and annual compliance filings for pass through and corporate entities
- Assist in research and analysis of a wide variety of tax issues
- Participate in potential tax-planning and consulting projects
- Attend client calls to understand critical areas of importance
- Assist with creating deliverables that are concise, complete and address the elements deemed critical by the client
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and clearly communicate work plan, project objectives, and timelines
- Seek out opportunities to understand others’ experiences, perspectives, and differences
- Build internal relationships with other members of the Tax team
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Tax
- Plans to pursue a CPA
- High motivation to learn and grow
- Detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, preferred. (with an emphasis on Excel)
- Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for employment-based sponsorship now or in the future. A&M will not sponsor applicants for US work visa status for this role

Compensation Statement:
The hourly rate is $40 per hour.
